有色金属行业是我国最先与国际接轨的行业之一,多年来一直面临着国际矿业巨头的竞争和打压。在长期磨练和考验之下国内有色金属企业对于国内外市场价格的大幅涨落已经具备了较强的适应能力,不过我国在贸易服务方面的实力薄弱,经贸与金融、保险缺乏紧密联系,并且企业内部对于金融创新缺乏足够重视,导致有色金属企业在发展中屡受挫折,加强企业财务战略管理已是迫在眉睫。鉴于此,本文分析了企业财务战略管理的重要性及其内容,提出了有色金属企业实施财务战略管理的有效对策,以期对有色金属企业发展有所帮助。
Nonferrous metal industry is one of the first industries in China to be in line with international standards and has been facing the competition and suppression of international mining giants for many years. Under the long-term honed and tested domestic non-ferrous metals enterprises have had strong adaptability to the sharp fluctuations in domestic and international market prices, but China’s strength in trade services is weak. There is a lack of close links between economy and trade and finance and insurance, and The lack of sufficient attention to financial innovation within the enterprise, resulting in non-ferrous metal enterprises in the development of many setbacks, strengthening the strategic management of corporate finance is imminent. In view of this, this article analyzes the importance and content of the enterprise financial strategy management, and puts forward effective countermeasures for the non-ferrous metal enterprises to implement the financial strategy management, with a view to the development of non-ferrous metal enterprises.
