理论与实际相结合,分析了产生高温腐蚀的主要原因,认为合理配风、调整燃烧和组织好炉内空气动力场是防止和解决高温腐蚀的根本措施。详细介绍了多切圆燃烧技术在解决锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀中的应用。
Combining theory with practice, the main reason of high temperature corrosion is analyzed. It is considered that proper air distribution, adjustment of combustion and good organization of aerodynamic field in furnace are the fundamental measures to prevent and solve high temperature corrosion. The application of the multi-tangential combustion technology in solving the high-temperature corrosion of boiler water wall is introduced in detail.
