38CrMoAl和42CrMo合金钢碳氮复合渗工艺

研究了真空脉冲碳氮复合渗工艺对38CrMoAl、42CrMo钢表层组织与性能的影响。研究表明:经过碳氮复合渗处理后,钢的表面可形成白亮层,淬火后表层会得到细小均匀的高碳马氏体组织,硬度提高3~4倍,有效硬化层深度达到1.5~2 mm;38Cr Mo Al经过碳氮复合渗处理后摩擦磨损率可从4.97×10~(-6)cm~3/min·N降低至2.04×10~(-6) cm~3/min·N,42CrMo可从5.35×10~(-6) cm~3/min·N降到1.53×10~(-6) cm~3/min·N。 The effects of vacuum pulse C / N composite infiltration process on the surface microstructure and properties of 38CrMoAl and 42CrMo steel were studied. The results show that the surface of steel can form a white bright layer after carbonitriding infiltration treatment, and the surface of the steel can be obtained after quenching. The hardness is increased by 3 ~ 4 times and the depth of effective hardened layer is 1.5 ~ 2 mm ; The friction and wear rate of 38Cr MoAl after carbonitriding infiltration treatment can be reduced from 4.97 × 10 -6 cm 3 / min · N to 2.04 × 10 -6 cm 3 / min · N 42CrMo From 5.35 × 10 ~ (-6) cm ~ 3 / min · N to 1.53 × 10 ~ (-6) cm ~ 3 / min · N.
