目的建立脑塞通丸含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定。色谱柱:SHIMADZU-GL Wonda Cract ODS-2,5μm,4.6mm×250mm,流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2),检测波长:280nm,柱温:30℃,流速:1.0ml·min-1。结果黄芩苷的线性范围是0.200~1.000μg(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率是97.44%(RSD=1.57%)。结论该方法操作简便易行,专属性强,准确可靠,可用于脑塞通丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Nao Sitong Pills. Methods High performance liquid chromatography was used. Column: SHIMADZU-GL Wonda Cract ODS-2,5μm, 4.6mm × 250mm, mobile phase: methanol-water-phosphoric acid (47:53:0.2), detection wavelength: 280nm, column temperature: · Min-1. Results The linear range of baicalin was 0.200-1.000μg (r = 0.9998). The average recovery was 97.44% (RSD = 1.57%). Conclusion The method is simple and easy to operate, with high specificity, accurate and reliable, and can be used for quality control of Nansitong Pills.
