把传移矩阵法(Transfer Matrix Method)用于数值模拟二维光子晶体传输特性,计算了若干波源情况下二维圆柱光子晶体的传输函数随频率的变化。计算结果表明敞源会影响光子晶体的带隙,带隙与采用平面波源还是用高斯波源有关,在同一波源下带隙与入射角有关。
The Transfer Matrix Method is used to simulate the propagation characteristics of two-dimensional photonic crystals. The transfer function of two-dimensional cylindrical photonic crystals with different wave sources is calculated. The calculated results show that the open source will affect the bandgap of the photonic crystal. The band gap is related to the use of plane wave source or Gaussian wave source, and the bandgap is related to the incident angle under the same wave source.
