【目的】探讨小剂量红霉素对极低出生体重儿(very low birth weight infants,VLBWI)喂养不耐受及生长发育的影响。【方法】将68例VLBWI随机分为治疗组(35例),对照组(33例)。两组患儿均以常规护理和治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用小剂量红霉素治疗[5 mg/(kg.d),疗程7~10 d];监测喂养不耐受及生长发育相关指标。【结果】治疗组胃残留量、腹胀消失时间、达全量胃肠喂养时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组3、6个月体重、身长及其赶上生长分别高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中无不良反应发生。【结论】小剂量红霉素可以降低极低VLBWI喂养不耐受的发生率;同时对其早期体格发育有明显的促进作用,值得临床推广应用。
【Objective】 To investigate the effect of low dose erythromycin on feeding intolerance and growth of very low birth weight infants (VLBWI). 【Methods】 68 cases of VLBWI were randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (33 cases). No adverse reactions occurred during treatment. 【Conclusion】 Low dose of erythromycin can reduce the incidence of extremely low VLBWI feeding intolerance, and at the same time it has a significant promotion effect on early physical development, which is worthy of clinical application.
