为确定椎弓根的相互位置,对30具完整的成人T_8~L_5脊柱标本测量了同一椎骨以及格邻椎骨的椎弓根皮质量近点距离、皮质最远点距离。同一堆骨椎弓根螺钉入点间距由T_8的平均24.0mm增大至L_5的平均49.1mm;相邻椎骨椎弓根螺钉入点间距在胸段为26mm左右,在腰段为31mm左右。临床应用于脊柱骨折、滑脱、脊柱侧弯病人的椎弓根螺钉固定手术共32例。测量结果对解决伸开复位程度的判断、钢板的选用、新器械的设计等问题有一定的意义。
To determine the mutual position of the pedicles, 30 complete adult T_8 ~ L_5 spine specimens were measured at the distance between the vertebrae and the adjacent vertebrae of the vertebra, and the farthest distance of the cortex. Clinical application of spinal fractures, spondylolisthesis, pedicle screw fixation in patients with a total of 32 cases. Measurement results to determine the extent of open reduction judge, the selection of steel, new equipment design and other issues have some significance.
