基于自主搭建的电场参数(尤其是波形)可调的原油乳化液电场破乳脱水实验系统,对3种含水率的W/O型原油乳化液试样进行了静态电场破乳脱水实验,以脱水率和Turbiscan稳定性指数为评价标准,系统探讨了电场波形、电场频率、电压和含水率对原油乳化液破乳特性的影响。结果表明:交流方波的破乳脱水效果优于正弦波、三角形波以及脉冲直流波形。对于高频/高压交流方波电场而言,最优频率和最优电压则根据含水率的不同而略有不同,含水率为30%时原油乳化液在最优电场参数下的脱水率可达98.7%。开发原油脱水电源应该结合高频/高压交流方波电场形式,且无需追求过高的电场频率调节上限,同时可将Turbiscan稳定性指数作为评价合理电场破乳参数的可靠量化指标之一。
Based on the experiment system of demulsification and dehydration of crude oil emulsion electric field with adjustable electric field parameters (especially the waveform) independently built, static electric field demulsification and dehydration experiments were carried out on the three kinds of W / O crude oil emulsion samples with dehydration Rate and Turbiscan stability index as evaluation criteria, the influence of electric field waveform, electric field frequency, voltage and water content on the emulsion breaking properties of crude oil emulsion was systematically investigated. The results show that the effect of demulsification and dehydration of square wave is superior to that of sine wave, triangle wave and pulse DC wave. For high frequency / high voltage alternating current square wave electric field, the optimum frequency and the optimal voltage are slightly different according to the moisture content. When the moisture content is 30%, the dehydration rate of the crude oil emulsion under the optimal electric field parameter is up to 98.7%. The development of a crude dewatering power supply should incorporate a high frequency / high voltage AC square wave electric field without the need to pursue excessive high frequency electric field adjustment limits and use the Turbiscan stability index as one of the reliable quantitative indicators for evaluating reasonable field demulsification parameters.
