肺炎在儿科属发病率最高的疾病之一。发热、咳嗽、呼吸急促和肺部罗音是各型肺炎共有的临床表现。肺炎可使小儿全身代谢过程和重要器官的功能发生一系列变化,从而加重右心负担。心室除极过程中瞬间向量的轨迹形成较大的QRS向量环,在心电图上表现为QRS波,肺炎致右心负担过重,将在V_1导联的QRS波中有所改变。我们将189名因普通肺炎而住院的1月~12月的小儿心电图中V_1导联的QRS—T波的振幅、形态等变化与正常健康小儿进行比较,可以看出V_1导联R波S波振幅降低,T波倒置更深。
Pneumonia in pediatrics is one of the highest incidence of diseases. Fever, cough, shortness of breath, and pulmonary rales are common clinical manifestations of all types of pneumonia. Pneumonia can make a whole series of changes in the process of pediatric metabolism and the function of vital organs, thereby increasing the burden on the right heart. During the process of ventricular depolarization, the trajectory of the instantaneous vector forms a large QRS vector loop, which appears as QRS wave on the electrocardiogram. The pneumoperitoneum is overloaded with right heart and will change in the QRS wave of V_1 lead. We will 189 patients with normal pneumonia and hospitalized in January-December pediatric ECG V_1 lead QRS-T wave amplitude and shape changes compared with normal healthy children, we can see V_1 lead R wave S wave Amplitude reduction, T wave inversion deeper.
