采用滚珠丝杠作为车辆主动悬架电动作动器的传动机构,提出了悬架系统设计方案。通过滚珠丝杠正向和逆向传动的传动效率分析,设计和制作了电动作动器,并对电动作动器进行了推力试验、耐久性与响应性试验、耐腐蚀性试验。结果表明,滚珠丝杠电动作动器具有结构简单、高推力和高可靠性,输出推力达到了预期设计值,能够满足车辆主动悬架抑制侧倾的要求。
The ball screw is used as the transmission mechanism of the vehicle active suspension electric actuator, and the suspension system design is proposed. Through the analysis of the transmission efficiency of the forward and reverse ball screws, the electric actuator was designed and manufactured. The thrust test, durability and response test and corrosion resistance test of the electric actuator were carried out. The results show that the ball screw electric actuator has the advantages of simple structure, high thrust and high reliability, and the output thrust reaches the expected design value, which can meet the requirement of inhibiting the active suspension of the vehicle.
