为充分论证特高压工程,国家电网公司委托中国工程院就我国发展特高压输电技术的必要性、创新意义及可行性、交流特高压输电试验示范工程建设方案等问题进行咨询。中国工程院高度重视,成立了专项咨询课题组。27位院士和7名专家参与了咨询工作,并于2005年11月4日发布了《关于我国特高压输电研究与工程建设的咨询意见》。《意见》包括4个部分:我国发展特高压技术必要性分析,特高压输电工程可行性分析,特高压交流输电试验示范工程的定位,积极而稳妥地推进特高压输电技术工程应用的几点建议。本刊摘要刊登《意见》的第一部分及第二部分。
In order to fully demonstrate UHV projects, State Grid Corporation of China entrusted the Chinese Academy of Engineering to consult on the necessity, significance and feasibility of developing UHV transmission technologies and the exchange of UHV transmission pilot demonstration projects. Chinese Academy of Engineering attaches great importance to the establishment of a special advisory group. 27 academicians and 7 experts participated in the consultation work and released the “Opinions on the Research and Engineering Construction of UHV Transmission in China” on November 4, 2005. “Opinion” includes four parts: the necessity of developing UHV technology in our country, the feasibility analysis of UHV transmission project, the positioning of UHV AC pilot project, and the suggestions of actively and steadily promoting the application of UHV transmission technology project . This magazine summarizes the first part and the second part of the Opinion.
