恶性血管肿瘤较少见,我院自1976年至1986年共收治38例,其中恶性血管内皮瘤32例,恶性血管外皮瘤6例,现结合该组病例作一初步分析。 资料与方法 一、性别年龄:男性17例,女性21例。其中内皮瘤男性16例,女性16例,外皮瘤6例均为女性。年龄最小2岁,最大64岁,内皮瘤40～60岁15例,外皮瘤20～40岁4例。 二、发生部位:头颈四肢多见,本组有29例占76.3％,其中内皮瘤23例(71.8％),外皮瘤6例均发生在头颈与四肢(见表1)。
Malignant vascular tumors are rare. Our hospital has treated 38 cases from 1976 to 1986, including 32 cases of malignant hemangioendothelioma and 6 cases of malignant hemangiopericytoma. A preliminary analysis of this group of cases is now performed. Materials and Methods First, gender age: 17 males and 21 females. Among them, there were 16 males with endothelioma, 16 females, and 6 females with epidermal tumors. The youngest was 2 years old and the oldest was 64 years old. There were 15 cases of endothelioma 40 to 60 years old and 4 cases of epithelial tumor 20 to 40 years old. Second, the site of occurrence: more common head and neck limbs, this group accounted for 76.3% of 29 cases, of which 23 cases of endothelium (71.8%), 6 cases of epithelial tumors occurred in the head and neck and limbs (see Table 1).
