目的分析楚雄市血吸虫病传播阻断后监测结果,为巩固监测提供依据。方法收集、分析1998～2007年楚雄市血吸虫病病情、螺情监测资料。结果1998～2007年查出有螺面积151.2 hm2,新发现钉螺面积2 001 m2,2007年的钉螺面积为1998年的4.49倍。未发现感染性钉螺以及新感染血吸虫病人和病畜。结论血吸虫病传播阻断后仍要加强监测。
Objective To analyze the surveillance results of schistosomiasis transmission in Chuxiong and provide evidence for the consolidation monitoring. Methods The data of schistosomiasis and snail surveillance in Chuxiong from 1998 to 2007 were collected and analyzed. Results The snail area was 151.2 hm2 from 1998 to 2007, and newly found snail area was 2 001 m2. The population holding capacity in 2007 was 4.49 times of that in 1998. Infectious snails were found as well as newly infected patients and sick animals. Conclusion Schistosomiasis surveillance should be strengthened after the transmission is blocked.
