本文利用表面粗糙度仪和扫描电子显微镜对多向编织C/C材料喉衬烧蚀细/微观结构进行了表征与分析,结果表明:C/C材料喉衬烧蚀优先从界面、缺陷处进行,碳纤维、基体碳烧蚀速率不同,碳纤维抗烧蚀性能优于基体碳。喉衬入口部位、喉径部位及出口部位的烧蚀形貌存在显著差异,与喷管燃气的温度、组分浓度和速度等流场参数密切相关。
In this paper, surface roughness and scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize and analyze the ablation microstructure of multi-directional braided C / C material. The results showed that the ablation of the throat lining of C / C material preferentially proceeded from the interface and defects , Carbon fiber, the carbon ablation rate of the matrix is different, the ablation resistance of the carbon fiber is better than that of the matrix carbon. There are significant differences in the ablation morphology of throat lining, throat diameter and exit, which are closely related to the flow parameters such as nozzle gas temperature, component concentration and velocity.
