彩色滤色膜是彩色液晶显示器的关键部件,为了提高彩色滤色膜的工作性能,研究了它的色度学问题。根据色度学的基本理论,采用C语言编写了计算程序,根据彩色滤色膜的透射光谱数据计算了三基色的CIE(国际照明委员会)色度坐标以及饱和度和色差。对视角及标准光源对色度坐标的影响进行了讨论,并分析了影响光透过率及饱和度的几个因素,发现改变颜料的浓度或滤色膜厚度不能同时提高彩色滤色膜的光透过率和饱和度,而减小颜料的粒径是能够同时提高彩色滤色膜的光透过率和饱和度的有效方法。彩色滤色膜在加热条件下的色差数据说明其符合耐热性的要求
Color filter is a key component of color LCD. In order to improve the performance of color filter, its colorimetric problem has been studied.
