调控中心是地区电网运行的中枢神经,担负着电网方式的调度重任,调度值班员的工作能力直接影响到地区电网的安全运行水平。为提高调度员的综合业务素质,激发岗位责任心和学习热情,公司调度所在调控中心开展了值间竞赛,对调度值班人员每月开展一次日常工作评比,结合季度专业考试计算综合成绩评选优秀,同时给予绩效考核激励。一方面增强了调度员的工作热情和责任意识,另一方面发现工作中存在的问题并积极整改落实,目前对调度运行工作起到了积极作用,此经验也可以推广到变电运行等采取值班工作制度的部门。
