利用UMT-2M摩擦试验机,测试了升/降温过程中在Si3N4陶瓷球/GH126镍基高温合金盘间分别添加钴、钙和铜的高铼酸盐粉末前后的摩擦系数.采用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM-EDS)对磨屑成分和磨痕形貌进行了分析,并用UMT-R1测量了摩擦表面间的接触电阻.结果表明:随温度上升,加高铼酸盐的摩擦系数均有不同程度降低.降温时钴和钙的高铼酸盐在高温下形成的减摩膜能够保持到低温,仍显示出良好的润滑效果,二者可望在宽温度范围内作为变温中运行部件的润滑添加剂.
The friction coefficient before and after the addition of cobalt, calcium and copper perrhenate powders to Si3N4 ceramic balls / GH126 nickel-base superalloy disks during the ascending / descending temperature was tested by UMT-2M friction tester.The X-ray diffraction XRD and SEM-EDS, the contact resistance between friction surfaces was measured by UMT-R1.The results show that with the increase of temperature, the friction of rhenium salt The coefficients decreased to varying degrees.At the time of cooling, the anti-friction films formed by the rhenium salts of cobalt and calcium at high temperature can maintain the low temperature and still show a good lubricating effect, both of which are expected to be used as the variable temperature Lubrication additives for running parts.
