患者女，20岁，因自杀而吞服农药后半小时于1996年6月13日下午5点半被送入我院急诊科。入院后诊为急性有机磷农药中毒，即行积极抢救，因昏迷及无自主呼吸速请麻醉师经口插入带气囊的气管导管，随之连接人工呼吸机以维持呼吸，迅速建立静脉通道，给予相应的药物。3天后患者生命
