随着国内外钢材市场竞争的进一步加剧,我国钢铁企业为了锁定客户,提高市场抗风险能力,加快了建设钢材加工配送中心的步伐。而高速发展的中国造船行业,作为高端钢材的大宗用户,也在积极探索船用钢材加工配送的新途径。国外先进造船国家的经验证明,由于船用钢板和构件品种繁多,一个钢铁企业不可能生产全尺寸、全品种的造船钢板,船企和钢企可通过这种合作模式,提高两个行业的经济效益、生产效益和竞争力,能带来“双赢”的局面。
