惯性圆锥破碎机的表现出的优异性能,使其在有色金属领域中受到了人们的关注并被广泛的应用。惯性圆锥破碎机自投入起来,其良好的应用效果使其成为金属矿破碎加工中的重要设备,使生产产量得以明显的提高。惯性圆锥破碎机的振动从本质上来说是二自由度非线性振动。文章从惯性圆锥破碎机的基本结构和工作原理出发,通过对其振动特性的分析,建立其动力学模型,分析惯性圆锥破碎机的振动影响因素,旨在提高生产效率,以获得更好的经济效益。
Inertia cone crusher showed excellent performance, making it in the field of non-ferrous metal has been the concern and is widely used. Inertial cone crusher since put into operation, its good application results make it an important equipment in the metal ore crushing processing, so that the production yield can be significantly improved. Inertia cone crusher vibration is essentially a two-degree-of-freedom nonlinear vibration. Based on the basic structure and working principle of the inertial cone crusher, this paper establishes its dynamic model by analyzing the vibration characteristics of the inertial cone crusher and analyzes the factors influencing the vibration of the inertial cone crusher to improve the production efficiency so as to obtain a better economy benefit.
