农业上市公司作为农业行业中的领头人,在一定程度上反映了我国农业企业发展的现状,目前农业企业多元化经营已经成了一种普遍现象。利用农业上市公司数据分析多元化对公司绩效的影响,研究发现多元化经营对公司绩效有着反向影响,对民营公司更是如此,我国农业上市公司的多元化经营策略有待提高改善。 Agricultural listed companies as leaders in the agricultural industry, to a certain extent, reflect the status quo of the development of China’s agricultural enterprises. At present, the diversification of agricultural enterprises has become a common phenomenon. Using the data of agricultural listed companies to analyze the impact of diversification on corporate performance, we find that diversified management has an opposite effect on corporate performance, especially for private companies. The diversification strategy of agricultural listed companies needs to be improved and improved.
