一、前言目前白口铁已发展成为一种十分重要的抗磨材料,其应用范围日益扩大。从白口铁的发展来看,已由普通自口铁,镍硬铸铁,发展到高铬铸铁。英美等国已把高铬铸铁列入国家标准,对其成份,组织性能作了不少研究工作。它是抵抗磨粒磨损的优良材料,但它的Cr、Mo、Ni合金含量很高,并不太适合我国。如何结合我国资源条件,发展白口抗磨铸铁是当务之急。近年来,随着硼对铸铁凝固过程及凝固后组织的影响,和硼在灰口铸铁中的作用的研究的深入,含硼铸铁的研究逐步得到重视。硼系合金白口抗磨铸铁,就是在硼铸铁研究的基础
