从枇杷花的乙醚、乙酸乙酯部分得到皂甙类化合物，经理化常数和光谱分析，鉴定出化合物分别是熊果酸、齐墩果酸（ｕｒｏｓｏｌｉｃａｃｉｄ，ｏｌｅａｎｏｌｉｃａｃｉｄ）。该植物中成分为首次报道。
The saponins were obtained from the ether and ethyl acetate fractions of A. sinensis. The chemical constants and spectral analysis were used to identify the compounds as ursolic acid and oleolic acid (oleanolic acid), respectively. The composition of this plant was first reported.
