高职教育质量的高低是以高职教材为起点,人才培养的过程又以教材为中心,教材质量的高低决定了高职教育的成功与否。高职教育的兴起,不断丰富了高职专业的门类数量,高职教材的编写进度却相对滞后于高职教育快速发展的速度。现行高职教材多源自本科教材,内容过时,与当前生产技术相脱节。在教材数量不断增加的新常态下,要提升教材质量,需要改造教材编写人的专业背景,以实际生产过程为载体实现高职技能人才的岗位技能培养。
The quality of higher vocational education is based on the textbook of vocational education as a starting point, the process of personnel training and teaching materials as the center, the quality of teaching materials determines the success or failure of higher vocational education. The rise of higher vocational education has continuously enriched the number of higher vocational majors and the preparation progress of higher vocational teaching materials lags behind the rapid development of higher vocational education. The current high vocational teaching materials and more from the undergraduate teaching materials, outdated content, and out of touch with the current production technology. Under the new normal of the increasing number of teaching materials, in order to improve the quality of teaching materials, it is necessary to reform the professional background of textbook writers and to cultivate job skills of vocational and technical personnel with actual production process as carrier.
