“七五”期间,我县水利渔业生产有较大的发展,成鱼产量5年跨了五大步,水利渔业经济效益稳步提高。1990年,全县所有开展水利养鱼的单位个个有盈利,总盈利近50万元,其中水利渔业盈利45万余元,占总盈利的90％。我县主要是利用东南平原区小水库和废黄河两岸的湖泊型水库发展渔业生产的。我县东南8座平原水库,库面小,单位水平所占的岸线长,进入的营养物质相对多,加上天然鱼类资源少,凶猛鱼类少,容易控制鱼类组成。水库靠近村庄,有利于进行放养和捕捞,而且具有高密度放养、投饵、施肥、轮捕、轮放等精养的条件。我县东南平原水库是利用废黄河堰下洼地围堤筑坝而形成的平原湖泊型水库,岸线较平直,少库湾,水而开阔,敞水带大,库底较平坦,多淤泥;水深一般3～5米,而且水位变动引起的水而变化较小;上下水层交换良好;
During the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period, the production of water conservancy and fisheries in our county has been greatly developed. The yield of adult fish has taken five major steps in five years and the economic benefits of water conservancy and fisheries have been steadily increased. In 1990, all the units that carried out water conservancy and fish farming in the county all made profits with a total profit of nearly 500,000 yuan, of which the profit from water conservancy and fisheries was more than 450,000 yuan, accounting for 90% of the total profit. My county mainly uses the small reservoirs in the southeast plain and the lake-type reservoirs on both banks of the Yellow River to develop fishery production. There are 8 plain reservoirs in the southeast of our county with small reservoirs. The long shoreline occupied by the unit level, with relatively large amounts of nutrients, coupled with less natural fish resources and less ferocious fish, make it easier to control fish composition. Close to the village reservoir, conducive to stocking and fishing, but also with high-density stocking, feeding, fertilization, wheel catching, rotation and other intensive conditions. The southeastern plain reservoirs in our county are plain lakes and reservoirs which are formed by embankment construction of the embankment under the weir of the Yellow River. The shoreline is relatively flat, with fewer reservoirs and wider open water areas, with a larger open water zone and more smooth and silt bottom.
