基于停车场收费通道的交通环境,针对ETC系统应用后对通道交通运行状态的影响进行深入分析,遵循科学性、全面综合性、实用性原则,从交通运行状态、能源消耗和环保价值3个方面选取5项指标建立停车场ETC项目效益综合评价指标体系,并运用数据包络分析法(DEA)对模拟条件下不同交通量、不同缴费方式比例条件下的交通效益进行超效率分析。结果证明,系统DEA效率与ETC缴费车辆比例呈正相关关系,当交通量为110 pcu·h-1,电子缴费比例为80%时,车均延误时间减少119.4 s,车均运行速度提高735%,收费通道内交通运行状态明显改善。
Based on the traffic environment of toll lanes in parking lots, this paper analyzes the impact of ETC system on the traffic conditions after the application of the ETC system, and follows the principles of science, comprehensiveness and practicability. From the aspects of traffic operation status, energy consumption and environmental protection value Select five indicators to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system of parking ETC project benefits, and use data envelopment analysis (DEA) to analyze the efficiency of traffic under the conditions of different traffic volumes and different payment methods under simulated conditions. The results show that there is a positive correlation between the efficiency of system DEA and the proportion of vehicles paid by ETC. When the traffic volume is 110 pcu · h-1 and the proportion of electronic payment is 80%, the average delay time of vehicles decreases by 119.4 s and the average vehicle running speed increases by 735% Traffic conditions in the toll channel have been significantly improved.
