采用矿渣为主要原料,以硫酸钠为中性钠盐,再掺入由水泥熟料、碳酸钠、铝酸钠三种物质构成的复合掺料,制备高抗盐地聚合物特种胶凝材料。利用正交设计方法对复合掺料的各组分进行组合,再与各水平的硫酸钠交叉设计试验配比,以抗折、抗压强度为指标,通过极差分析得出最佳配比,并对制得的高抗盐地聚合物特种胶凝材料的基本物理性能、水化硬化机理以及抗化学侵蚀性能进行了研究。
Using slag as the main raw material, sodium sulfate as the neutral sodium salt, and then incorporating a composite admixture of cement clinker, sodium carbonate, and sodium aluminate to prepare a high salt resistance polymer special cementitious material. Using orthogonal design method, the components of the composite spice were combined, and then the ratio of sodium sulfate to each level was designed and tested. Taking the flexural strength and compressive strength as indexes, the optimal ratio was obtained by the range analysis. The basic physical properties, hydration-hardening mechanism and chemical resistance of the prepared high salt resistant geopolymer cementitious materials were also studied.
