针对钒钛磁铁精矿烧结的特点,依据均质烧结技术,开展了对攀钢钒钛磁铁精矿烧结点火器的改造,实现了一、二次分段点火的功能。通过试验,在烧结机速稳定不变的情况下,使用二次点火后,烧结料层提高4 mm,烧结负压提高0.04 kPa,废气温度降低0.85℃,烧结终点温度提高7.49℃,点火温度降低2.02℃,台时产量上升了9.76 t/h,增产率为2.46%,取得了较好的经济效益。
According to the characteristics of sintering of vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate, according to the homogeneous sintering technology, the transformation of the sintered igniter of vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Works was carried out, and the function of first and second sub-ignition was realized.
