2003年IEEE声学、语音和信号处理国际会议(简称ICASSP03)原定于2003年4月6日至10日在香港会议展览中心举行,中科院声学所侯朝焕院士(国家自然科学基金会信息科学部主任、中国声学学会理事长)为ICASSP03会议的副主席。该会议自1976年开始,每年召开一次,今年是第28届,会议规模很大,IBEE称该会议是IEEE信号处理学会的“旗舰(flagship)”式会议。ICASSP03会议资料显示,今年投稿为2400多篇,录用了1200多篇,录用率与前几年持平,约50％。由于《声学学报》、《信号处理》等刊物早在2001年就广而告知,今年中国大陆的有关科研单位 The 2003 IEEE International Conference on Acoustic, Speech and Signal Processing (ICASSP03) was originally scheduled to be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center from April 6 to April 10, 2003. Academician Hou Chaohuan, CAS Acoustic Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Director of Information Science Division of NSFC, China Acoustics Society) as vice chairman of ICASSP03 meeting. The conference, which has been held once a year since 1976 and is the 28th one this year, is large-scale and IBEE calls the conference “flagship” meetings of the IEEE Signal Processing Society. ICASSP03 meeting data show that this year contributed more than 2,400 articles, hired more than 1,200, hiring rate unchanged from previous years, about 50%.
