目的:对酶化学法在糖化血红蛋白性能检验的临床价值进行分析。方法:从体检中心随机取血糖正常、标准指标(空腹血糖在6.1~7.0 mmol/L之间)志愿者以及我院的糖尿病患者各20例,并对此批样本分别进行HbA1c、FPG、2 hPG进行测量,并进行一定的分析。结果:HbA1c批内CV为0.8%~1.2%,批间CV为1.3%~2.3%,相关系数为r=0.9994,此3组的血液样本在HbA1c、FPG、2 hPG的水平上均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:酶化学法在测定糖化血红蛋白性能检验中有着线性良好、准确度高的特点,值得在糖尿病的临床检测中进行推广。
Objective: To analyze the clinical value of enzymatic chemistry in the test of glycosylated hemoglobin. Methods: 20 healthy volunteers and 20 diabetic patients in our hospital were selected randomly from the physical examination center for normal blood glucose, standard indicators (fasting blood glucose between 6.1 and 7.0 mmol / L) and HbA1c, FPG and 2 hPG Make measurements and make some analysis. Results: The intra-assay CV of HbA1c was 0.8% -1.2%, the inter-assay CV was 1.3% -2.3%, the correlation coefficient was 0.9994. The blood samples of HbA1c were statistically significant at the level of HbA1c, FPG and 2 hPG Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Enzyme chemistry has a good linearity and high accuracy in the determination of glycosylated hemoglobin. It is worth to be popularized in the clinical testing of diabetes mellitus.
