枢纽机场停机坪车辆资源分配及运行模式对航班保障工作及正点率十分重要。为了合理安排车辆资源,提高资源利用效率,以平台车为例,结合改进的离散事件仿真策略与动态分配方法,在ServiceModel仿真软件平台上,实现了平台车资源的货物装卸流程仿真。仿真结果表明,分时段动态分配平台车资源数量能够提高资源利用率,降低延误比例,对停机坪其他保障车辆的日常配备以及工作人员的排班机制都有一定的现实意义。
Hub airport apron vehicle resource allocation and mode of operation for flight security work and Punctuality rate is very important. In order to rationally arrange the vehicle resources and improve the resource utilization efficiency, a platform truck is taken as an example. Based on the improved discrete event simulation method and dynamic allocation method, the cargo loading and unloading process simulation of the platform truck resource is realized on the ServiceModel simulation software platform. The simulation results show that the dynamic allocation of the number of platform vehicles can improve the resource utilization rate, reduce the delay ratio and have some practical significance to the daily allocation of other security vehicles and staff scheduling mechanism.
