目的了解深圳龙华地区有机溶剂使用企业作业场所空气中苯系物、己烷、三氯乙烯等有害物质含量,及时指导企业采取有效的防护措施,降低作业场所空气中有害物质浓度。方法于2006、2007年分别对202和302家有机溶剂使用企业作业场所在现场卫生学调查的基础上按规定要求布设监测点作短时间浓度采样,毛细管气相色谱法测定。结果合格率苯为97.5%~98.5%、甲苯为81.5%~85.8%、二甲苯为97.7%~98.7%、己烷为70.5%~83.5%、三氯乙烯为56.8%~70.2%。结论该地区苯系物、己烷、三氯乙烯等有机溶剂使用企业绝大多数作业场所短时间空气浓度符合国家标准,且2007年比2006年合格率有较大幅度地提高。
Objective To understand the contents of benzene, hexane, trichlorethylene and other harmful substances in the air of enterprises using organic solvents in Longhua District, Shenzhen, to promptly guide enterprises to take effective protective measures to reduce the concentration of harmful substances in the air of workplace. Methods In 2006 and 2007, 202 and 302 organic solvents were used respectively in the workplace of enterprises for on-site hygiene investigation. The monitoring points were set up for short-time concentration sampling and capillary gas chromatography determination according to the regulations. Results The pass rate was 97.5% -98.5% for benzene, 81.5% -85.8% for toluene, 97.7% -98.7% for xylene, 70.5% -83.5% for hexane and 56.8% -70.2% for trichlorethylene. Conclusion The concentration of short-term air in the vast majority of workplaces using benzene, hexane, trichlorethylene and other organic solvents in the region conforms to national standards. In 2007, the passing rate in 2007 was substantially higher than that in 2006.
