一、前 言 随着我国煤炭工业的迅速发展,矿井采掘水平不断延深,机采和综采等工作面回采速度的不断提高,瓦斯、煤尘、水、火等自然灾害也日趋严重。为了和这些灾害作斗争,急需一种体积小,重量轻、能力大,效率高的坑道钻机,供井下安全技术工程的施工所用。为此,1977年煤炭工业部科技局下文,由黑龙江省煤矿机械配件厂、重庆煤炭科学研究所、南桐矿务局共同研制这种钻机,并列入煤炭部重点科研项目。1977年7月组成课题组,调研了十个工厂、八个矿区、三个院校和三个科研单位。搜集和了解有关技术图纸资料等,为方案设计打下初步
I. INTRODUCTION With the rapid development of China’s coal industry, the level of mine excavation has been continuously deepened, and the recovery rate of mining and fully mechanized mining faces has been continuously increasing. Natural disasters such as gas, coal dust, water and fire have also become increasingly serious. In order to combat these disasters, a small, light weight, capable and efficient tunnel boring machine is urgently needed for the construction of underground safety technology projects.
