通过教学实验法,旨在探讨契约学习法在体育教学中的应用效果。以珠海市第十中学初二年级十班和八班的学生为研究参与者,从2015年3—5月之间,共进行了12周36课时的教学实验。随机选取1个班作为实验班,进行契约学习法教学,另1个班作为对照班进行传统方法教学。结果显示:1)契约学习法对学生体重的控制效果更明显;2)契约学习法对于学生体能训练和技能掌握方面的教学效果明显优于传统教学法;3)契约学习法更能够提高学生的体育学习兴趣和参与体育锻炼的积极性。表明运用契约学习法进行体育教学相对于传统体育教学法可以更有效控制学生体重,明显提高体育教学效果,改善学生的身体素质。
Through teaching experiment method, this paper aims to discuss the application effect of contract learning method in physical education. Taking Zhuhai No.10 Middle School Grade 2, Grade 10 and Grade 8 students as study participants, from March to May 2015, a total of 12 weeks and 36 hours of teaching experiments were conducted. Randomly select a class as an experimental class, the contract learning method of teaching, another class as a control class for traditional methods of teaching. The results show that: 1) the contract-based learning method is more effective in controlling students ’weight; 2) the contract-based learning method is significantly better than the traditional pedagogy in students’ physical training and skills mastery; 3) Interest in sports and motivation to participate in physical exercises. It shows that using the contract learning method to PE teaching can control the students ’weight more effectively than the traditional PE teaching method, obviously improve the PE teaching effect and improve the students’ physical quality.
