目的:探讨在中医院药剂科质量管理中,实施品管圈(QCC)的持续改善效果。方法:以以我院药剂科作为研究对象,对其实施QCC活动前后的质量管理进行回顾性分析,对比实施前后药剂科的药品调剂差错情况。结果:QCC实施后,药剂科数量错误、规格错误、品项错误、医嘱错误、分装错误均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过QCC可有效是吸纳对中医院药剂科质量管理的持续改善,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the continuous improvement effect of quality control circle (QCC) in the quality control of pharmacy department of Chinese medicine hospital. Methods: Taking the pharmacy department of our hospital as the research object, the quality management before and after the implementation of QCC activities was retrospectively analyzed, and the errors of pharmaceutical preparations before and after the implementation were compared. Results: After the implementation of QCC, the quantity of pharmacy was wrong, the specifications were wrong, the wrong items, the errors of prescriptions and the errors of packing were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: QCC can effectively absorb the continuous improvement of quality management of pharmacy department in Chinese medicine hospital and is worth promoting.
