采用超声波分散技术结合高温固相法合成了小颗粒铈钆激活的钇铝石榴石Y3Al5O12:Ce,Gd(YAG:Ce,Gd)荧光粉材料,并对其作了后处理,主要讨论了YAG:Ce,Gd的制备工艺条件,掺杂稀土离子等因素对其发光性能的影响,并且通过X射线对其进行了晶体分析,用扫描电镜进行了形貌分析,用荧光光度计F-4500测量了其激发光谱与发射光谱,用SPR-9200荧光粉光色参数综合分析系统对荧光粉光色参数分析测试。结果表明,YAG:Ce,Gd荧光粉具有单相的石榴石结构,颗粒的平均粒度达到0.5~1.5μm,色坐标为x=0.2806,y=0.2861,显色指数为84.3。
The Y3Al5O12: Ce, Gd (YAG: Ce, Gd) phosphor powder with cerium-gadolinium activated by small particle size was synthesized by ultrasonic dispersion technique and solid-state reaction at high temperature. The YAG: Ce, Gd preparation conditions, doped rare earth ions and other factors on its luminous properties, and its X-ray crystal analysis, scanning electron microscopy morphology analysis, with a fluorometer F-4500 measured The excitation spectrum and emission spectrum were analyzed by using SPR-9200 phosphor light color parameter analysis system. The results show that the YAG: Ce, Gd phosphor has single-phase garnet structure. The average particle size of the YAG: Ce, Gd nanoparticles is 0.5-1.5μm, the color coordinates are x = 0.2806, y = 0.2861 and the color rendering index is 84.3.
