目的研究“模拟式启发”训练对执行维和任务军人思维形式和情绪状态的影响,探索心理训练的有效方法。方法随机抽选维和任务部队军人实验组(A)、对照组(B)各98名,维和任务前后进行反事实思维、症状自评量表(SCL-90)心理测评,对A组进行“模拟式启发”训练。进行任务前后、组间及与常模比较。结果 A、B两组间任务前反事实论断表现无差异,任务后除无关论断外其他论断表现均有差异。A、B组任务前后上行与下行反事实论断表现有显著差异。SCL-90任务前A、B组间各因子分无差异,任务后A组焦虑、敌对明显低于军人常模(P<0.01),B组焦虑、敌对及抑郁各因子分高于任务前(P<0.05),抑郁及焦虑高于军人常模(P<0.01)。结论 “模拟式启发”训练能够在消极结果的事件中产生下行反事实思维改善情绪表现,可以提高心理调试能力。
Objective To study the influence of “simulated enlightenment” training on the thinking style and emotional state of servicemen in carrying out peacekeeping missions and to explore effective methods of psychological training. Methods A total of 98 servicemen from experimental group (A) in peacekeeping task force and 98 in control group (B) were randomly selected. Psychological evaluation of SCL-90 before and after peacekeeping task was carried out, Analog Inspiration “Training. Before and after the task, between groups and with norm comparison. Results A, B between the two groups before the task of counterfeiting no difference in performance, after the task in addition to irrelevant claims of other conclusions are different. There were significant differences in the performance of A and B groups before and after the up-and-down anti-factual analysis. Before the task of SCL-90, there were no significant differences among the factors in group A and group B. After the task, the anxiety and hostility of group A were significantly lower than that of military mode (P <0.01). The scores of anxiety, hostility and depression in group B were higher than those before task P <0.05). Depression and anxiety were higher than those of soldiers (P <0.01). Conclusions ”Analogue Inspiration " training can produce downward counterfactual thinking in negative outcome events to improve emotional performance, which can improve the ability of psychological debugging.
