T形件是钢管混凝土框架梁柱半刚性连接节点的重要组件,其抗拉承载力计算会影响到梁柱节点的抗弯承载力计算。根据欧洲规范的EC 3组件法,总结了T形件的3种塑性失效模式,并提出了钢管混凝土柱T形件各部件承载力计算方法。根据不同的失效模式和屈服线理论,确定了矩形或弧形端板控制的T形件抗拉承载力计算公式,利用柱腹板壁约束简化模型和柱壁破坏机制确定了柱翼缘壁控制的T形件抗拉承载力计算公式。采用算例说明其计算过程和计算精度。通过试验验证了所提钢管混凝土柱T形件连接的抗拉承载力计算方法的准确性。
T-piece is an important component of the semi-rigid connection of the beam-column concrete-filled steel tubular frame. The calculation of tensile capacity will affect the calculation of flexural capacity of beam-column joints. According to the European standard EC 3 component method, the three plastic failure modes of T-shaped pieces are summarized, and the calculation method for the bearing capacity of each part of T-shaped steel tubular columns is proposed. According to different failure modes and yield line theory, the formulas for calculating the tensile strength of T-shaped members controlled by rectangular or arc-shaped end plates were determined. By using the simplified model of column web wall constraint and the failure mechanism of column wall, T - shaped tensile bearing capacity of the formula. An example is given to illustrate the calculation process and calculation accuracy. The accuracy of the method for calculating the tensile strength of the T-shaped connections of the concrete-filled steel tubular columns was verified by experiments.
