实现利润和可持续发展是企业的根本。在整合现有人力资源实现目标的过程中,绩效考核是一个重要的手段。笔者所在福建尤溪水电有限责任公司原有的绩效考核停留在表面上的东西多了一些、为考核而考核的因素多了一些,因此公司结合绩效考核与目标管理方法的优点,制定了以“五个中心”为依托的绩效考核体系,使整个绩效考核工作形成“众星捧月”之势,最大限度地整合企业资源,实现企业的目标。本文即是对该绩效考核体系建立过程的探讨。
