讨论了快淬条件下R2Fe14C的成相规律,指出淬态样品和铸态样品均有三个特征温度,其中Tc1为2∶17型相的形成特征温度,Tc2为2∶14型相形成特征温度,Tt为2∶14型向2∶17型转化的相转变温度,三个温度随淬速升高而降低,四方相的成相温区随淬速升高而变宽,同时在淬态退火形成R2Fe14C要比铸态下退火时间短得多。
The formation regularity of R2Fe14C under quenching condition is discussed. It is pointed out that there are three characteristic temperatures for both quenched and as-cast samples, where Tc1 is the formation temperature of 2:17 phase and Tc2 is the characteristic temperature of 2:14 phase, Tt is the phase transition temperature from 2:14 to 2:17, the three temperatures decrease with the increase of quenching rate, and the phase transition temperature of tetragonal phase broadens with the increase of quenching rate, R2Fe14C than the as-cast anneal time is much shorter.
