近年来在纳米尺度上尺寸一致的纳米孔阵列材料,作为基底或模板结构在纳米尺寸仪器上的应用,极大地激发了人们对该材料研究兴趣。该材料最显著的特点是孔道有着极高的长径比,这是传统的刻版技术很难达到的。阳极多孔氧化铝材料,作为典型的自组装纳米孔阵列材料,是把铝片放入合适的酸溶液中进行电化学阳极氧化制得的。由于通过该方法可以制得纳米尺度结构,引起了人们越来越多的关注。
In recent years, nano-sized arrays of nanohole arrays with the same size on the nanometer scale have been used as substrates or template structures in nano-size instruments, which have greatly stimulated interest in this material. The most notable feature of this material is the extremely high aspect ratio of the cells, which is hard to achieve with traditional stencil technology. Anodic porous alumina material, as a typical self-assembled nanopore array material, is prepared by placing an aluminum sheet in a suitable acid solution for electrochemical anodic oxidation. Due to the nanoscale structure obtained by the method, more and more attentions are paid to people.
