宫颈癌是全球女性第二大恶性肿瘤,宫颈癌同其他肿瘤一样,是多步骤、多因素参与的结果。胰岛素样生长因子轴(insulin-like growth factor axis,IGFs)参与体内一系列生理过程,包括营养、代谢、内分泌与年龄老化等,并在细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡和信号转导过程中发挥了重要作用,且与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,现已成为国内外肿瘤研究的热点。本文对IGFs与宫颈癌的最新研究进展作一综述,从而为宫颈癌的早期诊断及治疗提供参考。
Cervical cancer is the second most common malignant tumor among women in the world. Cervical cancer, like other tumors, is a multi-step and multi-factorial result. This review summarizes the latest research progress of IGFs and cervical cancer and provides a reference for the early diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.
