目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建及齿科软件技术在颌面部骨折中的应用价值。方法选取2014年6月至2015年6月我院收治的颌面部骨折患者78例,作为研究对象。所有患者均经手术证实为颌面部骨折,对所有患者行常规X射线平片、螺旋CT平扫及三维重建、齿科软件检查,对比各种检查方案的诊断结果,分析其临床应用价值。结果X射线平片对颌面部骨折总检出率均明显低于CT平扫与CT三维重建及齿科软件(P<0.05),CT平扫与CT三维重建及齿科软件对复合颌面部骨折确诊率比较无显著差异,(P>0.05),但CT三维重建及齿科软件技术对单纯骨折或合并牙折的总检出率明显高于CT平扫,(P<0.05)。结论螺旋CT三位重建及齿科软件技术对颌面部骨折确诊率较高,对于各类型骨折,尤其是单纯骨折及合并牙折均有着较高的检出率,具有临床应用及推广价值。
Objective To investigate the value of spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction and dental software in the treatment of maxillofacial fractures. Methods Seventy-eight patients with maxillofacial fractures admitted from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected as research objects. All patients were surgically confirmed as maxillofacial fractures. All patients underwent routine X-ray plain film, spiral CT plain and three-dimensional reconstruction, dental software examination, compared with the diagnostic results of various examination programs, and analyzed its clinical value. Results The total detection rate of maxillofacial fractures in X-ray plain film was significantly lower than that of CT plain scan and CT three-dimensional reconstruction and dental software (P <0.05). CT plain scan and CT three-dimensional reconstruction and dental software on the maxillofacial complex fracture (P> 0.05). However, the total detection rate of simple fracture or complicated tooth fracture by CT three-dimensional reconstruction and dental software was significantly higher than that of CT (P <0.05). Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT and dental software have a high diagnosis rate of maxillofacial fractures. It has a high detection rate for all types of fractures, especially simple fractures and complicated dental folds. It has clinical application and promotion value.
