随着我国经济的快速发展,电网建设迎来了一个新的高峰期。然而由于电源并网工程项目通常跨越高速公路、铁路和电力线路等,且沿线需要大量拆迁,通道协调较为困难,施工受阻不可避免,工程组织和管理难度加大。以河南某电厂500kV送出输变电工程项目为例,通过实践得出一套以三级联动进度计划体系为主线,以P6软件和灵活多样的项目管理手段为依托,使设计、采购和施工之间合理交叉、相互协调的工程进度控制方法。
