目前具有中国特色的社会主义法律体系已初步建成,法律已覆盖社会的多个方面,并快速发展。法律正在扩张,这是我国法治建设成就的直接体现。然而在当今法律扩张的时代下,法律更多所体现的是在其数量上的具体适用而不是对法治精神的体现,公民对法律的认识也多是从对法律工具意义上的理解,这些都不是中国法治建设所追求的根本目的。因此,有必要从法律价值的视角来冷静的思考法律扩张时代下的法律所应当怎样充分体现真正价值以促进法治建设。 At present, the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics has been basically completed.
