肝脏星形细胞(HSC)亦称贮脂细胞(FSC)。占肝非实质细胞数量的1/3,或者是肝脏全部细胞的15%,近年来研究表明:HSC在肝脏细胞外基质(ECM)的产生、维生素A的代谢、肝血流动力学调控、肝内信息传导等方面发挥着重要作用。采用细胞培养的方法对HSC进行生命活动研究,由于其研究对象明确,施加条件易于控制,便于分析所获结果,HSC的研究获得了突破性进展。笔者仅就HSC分离和培养的若干问题进行综述。
Liver astrocytes (HSC) also known as fat storage cells (FSC). Accounting for 1/3 of the number of non-parenchymal cells or 15% of all the cells in the liver. In recent years, studies have shown that the production of extracellular matrix (ECM) in the liver, the metabolism of vitamin A, the regulation of hepatic hemodynamics, Internal information transmission and other aspects play an important role. The study of HSC life-span by using cell culture method has been a breakthrough in the research of HSC because of its clear research object, easy control of application conditions and easy analysis of the results obtained. The author summarizes a few questions about HSC isolation and culture.
