目的观察侧面视角最佳计算方法(optimunmethodforprofileangleofsinght,Compas)技术对颅内动脉瘤的显示效果。方法搜集31例经CT扫描诊断为蛛网膜下腔出血的患者进行脑血管常规正、侧位造影和Campus技术采集后进行图像分析,比较Compas成像和常规正、侧位造影在显示动脉瘤方面的效果。结果通过Compas成像诊断为颅内动脉瘤23例,血管扭曲8例,23例动脉瘤均经手术证实。23例动脉瘤中5例正、侧位可显示动脉瘤颈部及载瘤动脉,18例正侧位造影血管边缘显示不规则,二者差异有统计学意义(χ2=14·93,P<0·05)。结论Compas可立体、直观完整地显示脑动脉瘤的病理解剖关系,对指导介入治疗、手术方式的选择、治疗效果的观察具有重要价值。
Objective To observe the effect of optimunmethodforprofileanglesinght (Compas) technique on intracranial aneurysms. Methods Thirty-one patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage diagnosed by CT scan were enrolled in this study. Normal cerebrovascular angiography, lateral radiography and Campus technique were collected for image analysis. Compas imaging and conventional positive and lateral radiographs were compared in displaying aneurysms effect. Results Compas imaging diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm in 23 cases, vascular distortions in 8 cases, 23 cases of aneurysms were confirmed by surgery. In 23 cases of aneurysm, 5 cases were positive and the lateral position showed the neck of aneurysm and the parent artery. The 18 cases of lateral angiography had irregular edge, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 14.93, P < 0 · 05). Conclusion Compas can display the pathological anatomy of cerebral aneurysm in a three-dimensional and intuitive manner, which is of great value in guiding the interventional therapy, the choice of surgical modality and the observation of therapeutic effect.
