研究花绒寄甲[Dastarcus helophoroides(Fairmaire)]的生长发育与温度的关系,可为人工批量繁育提供依据。利用光照培养箱,在17、20、23、26℃和29℃5个恒温条件下饲养花绒寄甲,对其各虫态的发育历期、发育起点温度和有效积温进行了研究。结果表明,温度对花绒寄甲各虫态的发育历期有显著影响。花绒寄甲卵、幼虫、茧蛹的发育速率均与温度呈显著的正相关关系,卵期、幼虫期、茧蛹期的发育起点温度分别为16.34、15.63℃和11.31℃,有效积温分别为75.19、69.44℃和312.50℃。
Research on the relationship between the growth and development of Dastarcus helophoroides (Fairmaire) and temperature can provide a basis for artificial batch breeding. The light incubators were used to feed the flocks of M. chinensis under the conditions of 17, 20, 23, 26 ℃ and 29 ℃, and the developmental stages, developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature of their respective insect states were studied. The results showed that temperature had a significant effect on the developmental stages of each insect. The developmental rates of eggs, larvae and cocoon pupae were significantly and positively correlated with the temperature. The starting temperatures of eggs, larvae and pupal stage were 16.34, 15.63 ℃ and 11.31 ℃, respectively. The effective accumulated temperatures were 75.19, 69.44 ° C and 312.50 ° C.
