建立了测定牛黄中游离及总胆固醇含量的气相色谱方法。样品不需衍生化,操作简便,方法灵敏、专属、精密。三批天然牛黄的测定结果为游离胆固醇0.072～0.214%,总胆固醇含量0.546～0.608%。
A gas chromatographic method for the determination of free and total cholesterol in bezoar was established. The sample does not need to be derivatized, the operation is simple, the method is sensitive, exclusive and precise. The results of three batches of natural bezoar were free cholesterol 0.072-0.214% and total cholesterol 0.546-0.608%.
