本文在室内条件下采用生测方法评价了 10个 α-膦酰基氨基甲酸酯类化合物对 4种昆虫 (粘虫、豆蚜、叶蝉、红蜘蛛 )、 4种病原菌 (稻纹枯病菌、油菜菌核病菌、棉立枯病菌、麦类赤霉病菌 )和 6种植物 (稗、高粱、小麦、油菜、黄瓜、萝卜 )的生物活性。生测结果表明 ,在浓度为 5 0 0 m g/ L 时 ,化合物 a~ j对蚜虫和叶蝉具有一定杀虫活性 ,其中化合物 e对叶蝉的致死率为 6 1.92 % ,化合物 g对蚜虫的致死率为 88.37% ,但对粘虫和红蜘蛛无效 ,在 10 0 mg/ L 时 ,化合物 d对油菜菌核病菌、麦类赤霉病菌、稻纹枯病菌和棉立枯病菌等菌丝生长的抑制率分别为 87.86 %、 5 4.40 %、 41.18%和 18.99% ,化合物 e对稻纹枯病菌、油菜菌核病菌的麦类赤霉病菌的菌丝生长抑制率分别为 5 2 .94%、 5 1.79%和 42 .90 % ,其余化合物的抑菌活性较略或无活性 ;在 10 0 m g/ L 时除化合物 d对稗草和高粱的生长有一定抑制活性外 ,其余化合物均无除草活性
